Why veloergometer is best for weight loss?
It is time to explain why exercising on veloergometer is the best weight loss training. Why it is so effective, most healthy and why it is better than other fat loss exercises.
I don’t want to convince you to change your current cardio exercise or training, but I want to tell you more about veloergometer and how to apply it to your weight loss program.
Veloergometer weight loss training benefits:
Men point of view:
1) The only exercise that can build muscles on your legs, while burns your fats.
This is the biggest reason to do it especially if you have interests in fitness.
The exercise temp is constant and do not let you overtrain. It spares your articulations – no other exercise does it. Take running for example – it is not so good training for your articulations. It pressures them and increases the risk of injury.
Veloergometer guarantee you good looking legs and body if your diet is built proper way. And remember more muscles there less fats there. Get it?

I am still waiting someone to tell me that after running he’s feeling better. It is much more exhausting. Ohh, and also it is more likely to burns muscles, because as I said it is like training training (hard) – every training burns muscles, that why after training meal is so important.
4) Weight loss exercise that stimulates your testosterone.
