Why we fail with motivation
Look at these 7 reasons because of, you are losing motivation and fail to achieve not only your weight loss goals, but also most of your goals.

Here are the reasons in brief:
Reason 1: Lack of persistence. Physical weight loss process is very sensitive of persistence. This is the main reason for your failure.
Reason 2: Lack of conviction. It is necessary to have more of that, because if you can not convince and motivate yourself, then what about the others.
Reason 3: Rationalizing. Do not make excuses. Try to forget about them and focus on analyzing the facts, because of which you fail.
Reason 4: Not learning from past mistakes. This is main reason. Why you have to do the same mistakes over and over again, and lose motivation on the middle of your weight loss quest.
Reason 5: Lack of discipline. Critical. Your goal is high enough and it can not be achieved for a week, so you need to have strong discipline to achieve it. Day by day you have to make efforts to do your daily stuff, but without discipline it will be chaos.
Reason 6: Poor self-esteem. It has to be not very high, but also not very low. If you do not respect yourself then how it is possible to respect your efforts.
Reason 7: Fatalistic attitude. Think for your final success. This is great motivation and a reason for goal achievement. Imagine yourself after achieved your goal.
