Why an anger pushes me do weight loss training


Yesterday I was angry. What I mentioned was that my anger gave me willing to do my weight loss training. So, can your anger really pushes you to do your cardio?

I didn’t feel good, actually I was angry, I had problems and thought that today is not a training day. I had no willing to do weight loss training at the beginning, but after while I was really motivated.

I think it wasn’t a chance. It was really strong motivation to go to the gym. It helped me to do my back weight loss training. It is really hard training, because back is big muscle group and you have to be concentrate to finish its training.

After training I felt very good. I wasn’t angry anymore. I’ve made good weight and training.

May be it is result of hormones when I feel better or good, but anyway anger can be very strong motivation source.

Do not think that I want to be angry all the time:) Just sometimes you can find motivation and inspiration where you do not expect.

Next time when your anger rices, look at the good side - it is source.

I am waiting for my training today and I am trying to guess my condition.
