10 certain methods to eat less
During the winter we are used to eat more. This doesn’t mean that we are forgot about our waist. With certain methods you can reduce food’s amount in your weight loss nutrition.
During winter we need more energy to prevent die from cold. We are opposed to the nature by adding carbohydrate rich and bad foods to our nutrition (cakes, potatoes, rice, pasta and many more sweet foods).
After winter we have to say “enough”, look at ourselves fastidious way and reduce our appetite. If you want to take back your old weight try to follow these 10 weight loss nutrition methods.
You have to put some limits.
You don’t like limits?
You don’t like nice looking figure?
Do you really want to lose these extra pounds?
In the beginning I will remind you not just the simple rule, but the golden rule: if you want to reduce your weight you have not just to make proper diet nutrition, but also high physical training (activity).
1) Keep an eye on yourself and often ask the question what you eat and what new foods you add to your nutrition. Whether you eat, because everyone eat too or just because it is lunch time, or you have dull time.
2) Take more attention on foods as fruits, vegetables, wholemeal bread. They normalize gut’s work, keep in itself toxic products. They also stop fats to be stored.
3) Do not eat sit in front of the tv. It hypnotizes you and you stop controlling what you eat and how much.
4) Be strict to the food. Prefer fruits, vegetables, fish, birds, low oily milk products. Except fat meet, butter, pate, cream, cakes, sauces from your diet nutrition list.
5) After you feed yourself get up of the table. Do not leave sweet foods or any foods around yourself. They shouldn’t be near you. This will provoke you to eat more calories.
6) Reduce fats to 50gr pr day. Remember that there is also hidden fat in the sausages, cheese, and many more foods. Weight loss and fats are enemies
7) Get use to have one day per week, which is going to be your relieving day. At this day on your table will be only fruits, vegetables, yoghurt and juices.
8) Eat less, but often – no less than 4 meals per day. If you are very hungry – hollow of kernels and mineral water will be good choice.
9) Drink coffee and tea without sugar. Better will be green tea or herbal teas. They are good weight loss boosters.
10) Do not act impulsively. If suddenly you feel hunger, wait for 20 min, if after that you are not than probably this is because of the smell near some lunch room.
Little catches:
- Eat slowly, chew slowly. You will be able to feel the taste of the food;
- Use smaller size dishes;
- If there is more vegetables and fruits in your dish, then there will be less space for fat foods;
- Cook little portions;
- Do not fill your fridge or buy foods for months ahead;
- Eat after everyone in your house;
- Go to shopping when you are sated. Otherwise you are going to buy many junk foods;

Good advise for meal lessen, but if too less may be not good.
Too little is not very good, yes especially if you are man and want to keep your muscles during your diet:)
