Kernels are not appropriate food after training, because they contain too many fats, which makes their absorption slower and your muscle can’t refuel fast. Forget about them for at least 40 min after cardio or weight training. But they can make your lunch best weight loss nutrition.

You can take about 10 kernels with every meal you have. The almonds are the best choice if you want to take them with every meal, because they contain Omaga-6 fatty acids. Another good choice are the walnuts, because they are rich of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Now you know more about kernels and their pluses. They can slow down food absorption, which is great if you eat something sweet.

I think the ability to slow down food absorption and the healthy Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids are really great advantages.
