The bodybuilders are people who know so many secrets about weight loss, training, nutrition and supplements. Most of the knowledge they have is result of trial and errors. Weight loss process is a journey through fallacies – as soon as you realized them as soon you will make this journey easy.

Lets look at Shawn’s weight loss nutrition rules:

1) There aren’t beginners and advanced people in nutrition respect.

If you play football - you are football player. When you prepare your red meat or eggs for dinner you do the same as advanced fitness competitor. He has not magic mixer or magic eggs.

The only thing that makes the difference between you two are the years spent in this quest. Think of this situation as student in the weight loss who accepts advices from big fishes. You are this student.

2) Every weight loss diet – extreme or moderate – demands patience.

You have to keep your foods under control. Get rid of all junk food you have (your weight loss enemy). Get rid of all foods in cans. Buy foods, which are healthy and which help you lose fats. Make your food fresh and eat it like that, says Shawn.

3) If you want to succeed with diet – learn to cook.

“I spent much time at home and I learnt to act in the kitchen”, say Ray. I learnt much about spices and cooking foods with less from tv shows and apply it to my .

4) No one should say that diet has to be tasteless.

Mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, pepper - use all these and many more in your diet. But anyway be careful and moderate with these species.

5) Holding of water and puffing up are different than gaining fats.

If you want to be sure if you are fat or just puffed up, increase water intake and reduce the sodium for a week. In the beginning you will probably be swollen, but after a week you will feel much better, if you have water holding.

6) It is impossible to burn fats if there is no cardio training.

Shawn Ray says that you have to do weight loss training regularly and eager, and combine it with proper nutrition. He does his cardio at 5:30 am, because at this time of the day the tv is off, the phone not ringing and the family is not an obstacle.

My eyes are opened, my mind is working and I do my job, says Shawn.
