BCAAs - amino acids for long weight loss training
BCAA - Branch Chain Amino Acids. You can find them as many weight loss supplements, which can help you to do longer trainings and burn more fats.
BCAA include leucine, isoleucine and valine. These three amino acids are nonpolar, because you have to provide them from food and your body can not synthesize them from other amino acids.
You can get BCCA as supplement.
These three amino acids have very important weight loss role:
- High level of them in our blood keep reserves of glutamine – glutamine is body muscles, weight loss and training important polar amino acid;
- BCAAs are very important for your weight gain(muscle gain);
- They keep your muscles during long weight loss trainings and diet. Your body uses them for energy, which is better, because it doesn’t touch the muscles;
A new theory gives more importance to correlation of tryptophan added to BCAA. High tryptophan level means low level of serotonin. Connection between serotonin and tiredness is direct ratio.
This is bad if you want to do long weight loss training. So you need BCAA supplement with added tryptophan. This will give you more endurance an let you do longer cardio.
Some of the BCAA supplements are very expensive, but you can get them from your food. Actually some foods have much more BCAA than others.
Best amino acids (BCAAs) food sources are:
- red meat;
- eggs;
- whey protein;
- cheese;
If you take BCAAs for weight loss as supplement doses are 1 to 10gr for one dose.
Good choice is morning 30 min before cardio training and after training to take 5-10gr of these amino acids.
