Supplement Guide Continuation (5 - 10)
Last time in “Supplement Guide Introduction” I offered you 4 weight loss and health booster supplements. This part is continuation and we are going to take a look at another 6.
Follow the doses, which are displayed in this supplement guide or on the label of the supplement – many weight loss supplements stop working effective if you overdose them. You are going to pay much more if you take too much of them and sometimes this will harm your health.

Everyone knows about creatine’s ability to increase the strength during muscle gain period, but not so much people know that Creatine supplement can help you lose more fats. It also increases the level of creatine phosphate (CP). More CP increase the level of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is main energy unit for our muscles.
As you can see creatine can help you during you’re your cardio and weight training. You are going to have more energy and long training will be not so tough goal for you. Creatine also has volumizing effect (widening). You can increase your weight quickly (1-2kg), but most of this weight will be water in the muscles.
Doses: 3-5gr creatine before and after training with lot of water. To increase its effect takes it with shake with 50gr carbohydrates and 30 – 50gr protein.

This branch chain amino acid is very important for everyone who wants to achieve healthy and effective weight loss results. Leucine’s taking along with other essential amino acids from whey protein increases muscle gain and keep muscles during weight loss diet.
Body muscles use it as energy source during cardio or weight training (”BCAAs - amino acids for long weight loss training“). Combined with other amino acids, leucine puts start to protein synthesis.
Doses: 5gr (with 25-50gr whey protein) after and/or before training.

Also known as phosphatidylcholine, because it delivers choline. Choline takes important part in the fatty acids movement in the cells and it is also basic component of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which makes muscles to work. During hard trainings this neurotransmitter spends, which leads to exhaustion. And when its reserves are full this means more repeats, longer training and more fats burned, doesn’t it?
Doses: Use granulated form (it is easy to mix it with water or protein shake), which gives you about 1700mg lecitine and 230mg choline in a soup-spoon. You can also take 4 tea-spoons during the day separated in 2 – 4 doses.

It is great source of alpha linoleic acid and Omega 3 – fatty acids (this is one of the Kernels weight loss pluses). Essential fatty acids are very important for proper cell’s functioning and fast body reaction to inflammatory processes. They also protect of skin and hair drying up during low carbohydrate weight loss diets. Low calorie and carbohydrate diets are easier with linseed oil. Linseed oil is noncarbohydrate energy source, which gives your body the opportunity to burns fats effective during low calorie intake.

For thousand of years the bark of the tree magnolia (magnolia officinalis) is used in Chinese medicine as energy source and stress reduce. It is proven that magnolia is effective fat burner, because it suppresses the cortisol. More cortisol leads to more fat store, especially around your waist.
Yohimbine can help you to lose weight too, its properties are similar to magnolia - Yohimbine–nature energy from the Dark Continent. The active components of magnolia’s bark – magnolol and honokiol – reduce cortisol and free the fats from fatty cells.
Doses: 250 – 750mg magnolia extract with standardized 1 – 2% magnolol and honokiol a day.
Some of these weight loss and health supplements are not very popular, but their effects are proven of many athletes and scientists.
I am curious have you ever used some of these (magnolia for example). I have never used magnolia. May be some of you know and want to tell me.

I found this article very informative. But the problem I see is how can you safely combine a lot of pills together into a daily routine? Just a ?, I used to take 10 different supplements a day myself, it was 1, hard to swallow all those at once, and 2, very rough on my digestion. Maybe in the next article you could include the warnings about using synthetic supplements? Most of the easily accessible pills on the market are not natural, or even tested. The FDA does not monitor them unless something happens which causes illness. Check this out, it will give you more information for next article. And keep up the good work!

I read your report - it is a negative, but may be for good reason
What you said contains true. I think medical control in USA is not enough. I do not suggest to combine all these supplements, but only share information about them.
I think fitness and weight loss supplements are not the same with medical drugs. The control about them is different.
I suggest you if you have to combine many supplements to choose liquid and powders. Today, most of the sport supplements are liquid and powders, but there are different problem.
Some of the companies add forbidden ingredients to them, steroids and more. May be next time I will try to systematize information about different supplement combinations and may be revise some of the companies on the market.
But for now let finish this information guide.
