Act instinctively saves me from laziness


I mentioned that acting instinctively can save me from weight loss laziness. When I feel lazy, instinctively put on shoes and go to the gym.

Our brain is very strong weapon. It controls our body, so you can use it to beat laziness and keep focused on your weight loss.

I know that I feel very good when I do to the gym, but sometimes as much people I have problems and handicaps and I forget about this feeling. When this time comes it’s time to act in the moment and use my instincts.

If I start struggle against my laziness this will take away my willing and motivation to do my training, so it is very advisable to act right in the moment.

My instincts – I mean when I act right in the moment – and my anger:), yes my anger sometimes pushes me to do my weight loss training. They can be source of motivation, but you have to be careful with your anger:)

You are gonna feel better after training, because you will know that you have done good training and beaten your laziness:)

You can apply this weight loss tip to your nutrition plan and build healthy habits. Take your lunch for example. You do not have much time and usually eat something and reach. If you make your choice fast without much thinking and replace bread with salad you will be able to make your lunch best weight loss nutrition.

Sometimes people are weaker and need to act instinctively and fast.
Next time try this fast acting.
