Do not read if you want to lose your extra pounds. If you want to lose weight then you have to skip this article, otherwise you will fail.

This article is based on Yahoo! Answers and shows what people ask about diets and why they will fail with their goals.

So see these questions, which will guarantee you no weight loss results or just do not read them and keep your fat loss.

“What kind of exercise routine should you do if you want a “perfect” body?

My answer is there are no exercises, which can make your body perfect. Perfect body = nutrition + training + rest.
Exercises just help.

Question 2:

“What type of exercise i need to do, to reduce belly fat?
Please help… i have no time to go to gym”

One of the most common question in Yahoo! Answers. Much people know that you can not lose fats at stomach. If you are man you will lose fats everywhere and finally at stomach. This is called Spot Reduction and it is impossible to be achieved only with exercises.

Question 3:

“How do i reduce my weight and become slim in a week?
i wanna become slim and more attractive”

No comment:)

Question 4:

“How can I lose 20 pounds. I hate to train, I eat unhealthy foods and I want to lose them for two weeks.”

This is common too. I won’t comment it. If you want, then do it.

Question 5:

“Am I fat…and if yes how do I lose weight fast?
ok I I’m 16 I’m 5′3 and I weigh 149.6 lbs…but I also have 36 DD’s…I also want to lose 20 lbs by the 27th…what can I do to lose that much weight…Thank you”

20 pounds for about 10 days???

I have begun my diet, and I was curious on what my calorie intake should be, so i can begin to count them.”

I can not answer this question. Can you? If you start asking questions like this without any info about yourself, say good bye weight loss results.

Question 7:

“How many calories will I burn if I run for hour a day
I want to know how many calories will I burn if I run for hour after work.”

Do you know the answer. If you know it than tell him. I can not say, I don’t know the temp or his body type.

Did you read the article? Do you write question in Yahoo? I hope you are going to be able to lose weight with your , but if you want to do it right do not ask questions like these.
