Many pieces - the key tip for painless weight loss


Years ago I heard about very useful weight loss nutrition tip for painless fat loss and I want to share it with you. Nutrition is not so big problem.

It is all about separating your meal into many small pieces. It is great tip to deal with psychical condition during weight loss, because you know that it is very hard when your food is less than you usually eat.

I tried this and it works. Why painless?

It is great to know why:

  • You spend more time on the table during , especially with your dinner, because this is the time when you eat less food than any other time of the day;
  • You have nutrition with many peaces and your brain starts thinking that the food is as much as before;
  • When you see the food separated into many peaces you escape the shock to see it’s truly size;
  • Also you are able to digest small peaces food better;
